Honesty is the best policy During the sales process, I had a positive experience with this dealership. They were flexible, friendly, prompt, and provided what I thought was a fa During the sales process, I had a positive experience with this dealership. They were flexible, friendly, prompt, and provided what I thought was a fair price. I ended up purchasing a used Nissan Rogue. However, while test driving and examining the vehicle, I had concerns about the state of the tires. To my naked eye, they looked worn. I asked my sales representative what their policy was. He informed me that if a tire has less than 50% of its usable life left, they will replace it. I was still very uneasy about it, and my sales representative had the tires "inspected by someone in their service department" who confirmed they were in good shape. It's been 6 months and I've been told by multiple service centers that all 4 tires need replaced. I would have appreciated honesty up front about the tires. I'm not an expert and knew that they were not in good shape. I should have followed my gut. Now I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone else. More
