It was a very different experience this time. Very unsatisfi The intake was thebusual efficient call in, dropoff, uberhome. I explained the maintenance 3 came on all the time now. And to. check it out. The break The intake was thebusual efficient call in, dropoff, uberhome. I explained the maintenance 3 came on all the time now. And to. check it out. The break down began at pickup the next morning. The car was ready the night before but my paperwork was not at the cashiers desk. She called to the back no answer. She gave me the option of going to the service area and getting it myself and the guy will go over it with me. I went back there and stood for several minutes. Not much was going on but group convo and lunch, there a couple of other customers just standing sround waiting to speak to anyone. After a while I went back to the casheir asked her to check again and have them bring the car around. That took a half and hour. I immediately noticed dried wax drippings around the headlights that were buffed. I also refused the feul injection maintenance and noticed the warning was still there on ignition. Because i thought waiting for 40 plus minutes for a vehicle that was done the day before was too much, i received no post service explanation advice or follow up. This is the first time its gone so wrong at Bermans but, thats all it takes when there are service shops available everywhere. And, that which made the service u ique and worth it, was not on display this time. I felt like i was inconveniencing the service employees. I think its better to start using someone more local and personable. More
