Maintenance team is commission driven. Not customer service I use to love this place, until I found the the team that checks in cars lie, cheat and manipulate so you can spend more money than what’s needed. Promised calls you’ll never get and upsales on packages that are the exact services just titled differently with different price tags. Definitely going from Infiniti to Mercedes. More

Thorough service but you need to be watchful On Monday morning which was New Years Eve, I brought my car in for an oil change, new windshield wipers and air filter. My wait time was exactly 2 hou On Monday morning which was New Years Eve, I brought my car in for an oil change, new windshield wipers and air filter. My wait time was exactly 2 hours. When my vehicle was ready the service tech reviewed the work done and the upcoming work that will be needed which included the cost. I always appreciate this part of Berman’s service because it is a fair assessment of your vehicle needs and allows for your to budget and prepare for your next visit. The service tech walked me to my car as they always do after servicing and cleaning it. However this time while I am always cautious when walking in the garage because the floor can be damp. This time I did not see a small water puddle just as I approached my car, which caused me to slip and fall eagle speed face forward. My phone flew out of my hand into a puddle and my tennis bracelet fell off my wrist on the impact and I was scrambling to keep my face from hitting the floor. The service tech was stunned and helped me to my feet and asked several times if i was ok. More embarrassed than anything and the wind knocked of my stomach I told him I would be ok I just needed a minute to sit in my car and gather my composure. Aside from some minor bruises and a. Sore shoulder and knee And a slightly bruised ego I survived the fall. My suggestion however is that Berman should do one of two things moving forward. 1. Matt’s should be put down starting from the service desk to where you are picking up your car, because the floors are always slippery either from the oils from the cars and or the washing of the cars. 2. If that is not possible then the owners car should be driven back to the front of the service desk so that they do not have to walks across the garage floor and run the risk of an unfortunate fall. For me this was not bad incident but for some else who might be older or more fragile the outcome could be much worse More

Jimmy was persistent and came through when we needed him once we chose direction for our next vehicle. The actual leasing process was super fast, efficient, and straightforward.
