He is very personable and him like the others there are very welcoming.. He is there to answer any and all questions and give you advice on what he feels is best for your car. He takes pride in his work and the Infiniti brand. The district manager needs to acknowledge the workers at this location. The manger job there is like a revolving door. I think they should consider promoting from within the location and not pull from other locations, It never works. The district manager is rude. He seems to enjoy complaints more than compliments about his staff....Promote from the site maybe you would be happier!! More

Personally, my experience with Stephen is what made the difference and why I ultimately left with a Q50 (that and the car is incredible). I found Stephen easy-going, without all the annoying high pressure tactics seen at most dealers. Most importantly, he actually listened to the price & feature criteria I gave him. Instead of focusing on up-selling on what I asked for, he focused on meeting my needs as best as he could, which ultimately got us to a point where agreeing on price was very easy, and I left with my car the same day.
