Early Morning Check Up I made an early appointment for my Infinity Q40 for it's first visit for service. Maintenance Visit I attempted to make an appointment online with no success earlier in the morning on Friday so I called and someone in the service department stated th I attempted to make an appointment online with no success earlier in the morning on Friday so I called and someone in the service department stated that it would be okay to bring my automobile in at my requested time of noon. When I arrived, there was about a 10 wait before someone came to me. Then I was told that it would be approximately a two hour wait for the oil change and tire rotation. Although signs were posted stating no car washes. Ramon did offer me the option and I accepted the wash. The wait was a little over two hours, but I appreciated being informed. The service department seemed very busy, and I did understand as Chicago had just had a freeze for a couple of days that immobilized the city and now more people were able to take care of their vehicles as the weather became warmer. I was prepared to get some online work completed in the comfortable waiting room using my laptop.. I appreciate the WiFi access. I received the inspection findings and was able to respond with accepting or declined work recommended quickly via a texted or emailed link. Bl Ramon reviewed the work that was completed. A customer ahead of me in line at the desk to pay for the services had everyone waiting to about 15 minutes, and the INFINITI employee had him wait and took the next customer. Once I paid, Ramon met me in the service area and walked me to my beautiful sparkling clean car which was covered with street salt when I brought it in. Overall I was pleased with the services. More
