This is the second time I purchase from Berman Infiniti and I'm sure it wont be the last. Luis and Chloe went above and beyond to make sure my experience was flawless. This QX60 is on another level of luxury I come from from the Jeep family it was very hard saying goodbye to my Jeep that I had also bought from Berman Infiniti but as soon as I sat in the QX I was hooked on luxury. Luis and Chloe set me up with Infiniti Intouch services, this app is amazing I can start my car, lock and even locate where the car is at in a crowded parking lot. Thanks Berman Infiniti for taking care of the Quezada family, cant wait to take some road trips to enjoy all the extra room the QX has to offer. More

Excellent, thoughtful and affordable service I was overdue for a battery replacement and during a cold snap my car didn't start. With the polar vortex looming, I called Berman's Parts dept an hou I was overdue for a battery replacement and during a cold snap my car didn't start. With the polar vortex looming, I called Berman's Parts dept an hour or 2 before closing to verify a battery was in stock and available for purchase/pickup. Someone named Brian or Byron? offered to bring the battery to my house (which I really appreciated, especially since it was snowing). But he stated that it was better to bring the car in that evening and if I could make it, Theresa and the battery would be waiting. Though the hour was late, I got a jump and took the car in. Theresa met me with a smile and was friendly, accommodating, patient and helpful. And Brian was right to suggest bringing the car in; they discovered another part needed replacing. Theresa had someone in service take the time to explain the needed part and answer questions. No one seemed be concerned or bothered by the lateness of the hour. And she also made sure I met Brian. I decided to have additional service performed at Berman's that I'd planned to have done elsewhere, because Theresa helped make it more affordable by applying additional discounts. And, getting the battery replaced at Berman's was less expensive than having it done elsewhere!! Thanks much Theresa and the Berman Infiniti Service Team. More
Great Communication & Service Chloe was amazing. I found a very rare VW GTI (maybe one of a handful made in this spec) for sale in Chicago. Being from Nashville, this made things a Chloe was amazing. I found a very rare VW GTI (maybe one of a handful made in this spec) for sale in Chicago. Being from Nashville, this made things a bit complicated. There were many concerns: is the car in good shape, will I get up there and be hassled, etc? Well Chloe answered the phone on my first call and was very fast and responsive over e-mail (many dealerships seem to forget Internet is a thing) and phone. She sent me a video of my car my car, finalized a reasonable price, etc on the phone during the weekend. After deciding to pull the trigger and fly to Chicago (after a chilly & historic Polar Vortex) Chloe picked me up at the airport and drove me to Berman. The car was as-described and ready to go. A few hours later I was driving back to Nashville in a cool car that took many months of searching to find. Everyone was friendly at the dealership and made the buying process simple. More

I recently bought a 2015 Infiniti QX60 and noticed the check engine light was on. I called the service center in the area and was transferred to Theresa. Without an appointment, she worked me in and considering the work that had to be done, the serviceman handled it promptly and had my car repaired by the end of the day. Theresa was very informative. She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I actually learned more about my vehicle which has been very helpful since my visit. All in all, my experience couldn’t have been better! More
