Not a Recommended this Dealership This is one of Worst Dealerships I have two Bad Experiences 1st I bought Pre-Owned Certified 2014 QX60 Within 24 Hours my car Jerking while driving on This is one of Worst Dealerships I have two Bad Experiences 1st I bought Pre-Owned Certified 2014 QX60 Within 24 Hours my car Jerking while driving on Highway I Immediately stop one of near by Auto Shop and they find it was a Bad Transmission and that dealership sold me a jerk car by saying it’s Certified i went to dealership next day they said we can fix the Transmission however this is a Rip off if they new it why they sold me by saying it’s a pre certified I demand I need my money back I don’t need car but they refuse and offer a different car i said ok but they demand me more money I end up paying more. 2nd incident I had to Replace Tires on my Q50 2015 I made the Appointment over the phone schedule appointment and confirmed the price each tire $189 Mounting Free if buying 4 Tires one Day Before they confirmed my appointment and price and try to Charge me More Money I ask Transfer to GM and I left the V.M but I didn’t get the call Back Then I decide to go on my appointment let me pay additional but again surprise service people said we don’t have tires and price $239 each i was so mad then someone came out went to Parts and said yes we do have tires. Bottom line it’s not a recommendation to do any Business with this Dealership. More
