Poor Service I took my older Nissan in for an oil change and free wash/vacuum. They did not have my appointment which I had schedule the day before over the phone I took my older Nissan in for an oil change and free wash/vacuum. They did not have my appointment which I had schedule the day before over the phone, it took 2 HOURS and even though I double checked and was reassured the would vacuum, they didn’t. I was not able to stay because I had already missed an appointment due to the slow service. It was really disappointing. I will be getting my oil changed someone cheaper next time since the only reason I went there was because if included the free wash and vacuum. More

Follow-Up Meeting This review is a follow-up from a previous review. In a preview review, I had concerns regarding the service of my vehicle and customer service. On This review is a follow-up from a previous review. In a preview review, I had concerns regarding the service of my vehicle and customer service. On Monday 4/15/2019, Mr. DeJesus met with me addressed my concerns and took time let me review the video tape of my car being serviced. He apologized for the service received, made sure that the remainder of the service paid for was completed and answered additional questions regarding my car. I just want to say thank for taking time to meet with me and returning my call. Furthermore, I do want to thank Raul for going the extra mile when I dropped my car off and assisting me in getting a loaner. Initially, I was going to get a rental but he went out of his way to secure a loaner for me. More
