Only complaint is the 10% they charge for “supplies” to make up for the labor tax they are not allowed to charge. Other two dealerships I have brought my car to in suburbs only charge between 1-5%. I loved the car so I wanted to buy it, he told me the steps I needed to do. I made an appointment with him to submit the paperwork to buy it, but I was caught up at work and couldn’t make it until a few hours after the appointment time. When I got to the dealership he took care of me right away and didn’t rush anything, even though it was close to closing time. More

The was no call to give me an accurate idea of the time AND the service rep didn't have his own phone. The former reps mailbox was full. The "free" top ups wound up at almost 700$. I know service is aoney maker but this seemed a little exorbitant. Look below: your survey still lists Nick Cardoza . He's no longer with the company. Not inspiring confidence! More
