The return process was seamless and Ken and the team went out of the way to help us patch a few dings and keep the return cost low. For the new lease, we looked at our options and Ken started us off in a pretty good spot. We live in the city and we aren’t power drivers, so we were looking to shave some money off of our monthly. Micah the store manager was able to get creative and help us make some tradeoffs to still get a luxury automobile, but at a value that better reflected our needs. All and all, great service, no pressure sales tactics, an amazing service facility and great product with the cars. We’ve been back once, we will be back again. More
