outstanding service Berman Infiniti and specifically Ken Zeller was amazing to work with. We have purchased 3 infiniti QX with Ken over the years. His sales approach is Berman Infiniti and specifically Ken Zeller was amazing to work with. We have purchased 3 infiniti QX with Ken over the years. His sales approach is not "pushy" he really wants to help you get the best car. I do not look forward to the "sales" part of getting a new car- and Ken delivers a smooth, relaxed but highly competitive approach. I would highly recommend him! More
Kelly is the perfect example of leadership I recently came in for an oil change that was way past due Kelly Smith was very helpful and also didn't make me feel bad like most dealers. In fact he assured me that my car will b well taken care of and also ask his team to let him know of any problems that I may not know about. with said he's helped me keep my car in the most perfect running conditions and also gave me preferred service and mantanice tips to lower my repair expenses also the porters were very nice to clean my car and check my fluid levels. I will definitely refute all my friends and family to shop infinity and definitely ask for Kelly Smith. More

Sales consultant Ken Zeller truly extends his hand. He is very knowledgeable and makes it less difficult to navigate my INFINITI JX35. A simple and friendly experience My wife’s Infiniti lease came due. She made an appointment with salesman Eddy Lindt and we walked into Berman’s temporary showroom off of Division. Ed My wife’s Infiniti lease came due. She made an appointment with salesman Eddy Lindt and we walked into Berman’s temporary showroom off of Division. Eddy showed us a QX60 demo vehicle that had a few miles on it but was loaded up, and made us a great deal. No need to haggle. We had to wait a bit for the finance manager as it was a Saturday and they were busy. Never buy a car on a Saturday, my dad said. My 11-year-old son was hungry, as always, and multiple people came by the waiting area to offer him a slice of pizza they had in the employee break room, including the co-owner, Steve Camp. Nice guy. Son was happy. The finance manager was extremely pleasant and efficient, told us about our incremental service program options but didn’t put the hard sell on us. Eddy put on our plates, and paired my wife’s phone with the new car. My wife had forgotten a few things at home that belonged with the car we just turned in, so Eddy offered to drive to our house to pick them up after work, saving us another trip downtown. So few businesses these days understand the concept of customer service, and they lose my business immediately. Berman’s gets it, and now they’ve won my business, genuinely earned a good review, and also a sincere reference to friends in the market for a car in the future. More

Eddy was AWESOME to work with We will definitely get our QX80 with Eddy when we trade in our new suv when our lease is over. He was super kind and very reasonable to work with.
