Their price is one of the lowest in 100 miles so the price is firm. There was a minor hiccup when it come down to signing our documents, the APR was off. But the Managers was able to fix it and got things in order. Overall, it was a good experience and we are happy with our purchase. More

I was nervous buying in another state where I couldn’t physically set eyes on the car but Eddy was wonderful to work with and made me feel very comfortable about buying at Berman. He went out and took a video of the car on his phone and went over everything with me. It was just as good as being there. Then when I flew in to pick up the car he came to pick me up. No good service at all! I've been at few Infiniti dealerships and this one is the worst I've ever experienced. Since moving to Chicago, it's been my dealership, because it's I've been at few Infiniti dealerships and this one is the worst I've ever experienced. Since moving to Chicago, it's been my dealership, because it's closer than other ones. But, they do not give a good service at all. I was there for about 2.5 hours for just getting oil change and car wash. When it was finished and I sit in my car, it looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. Not at all! There were few dirty spots on my car's body that I asked them to clean, when I left the car with them. They didn't take care of it at all and easily ignore what I had asked! Dirty spots were just as they were with no change!! On the other hand, their service people try hard to get you do some extra services which are not necessary. I know it's a common behaviour with many dealerships, but this one does it to the max! All that they talk to you about and care about is to get you agree paying them more for more jobs. What they don't care about at all is the service they give you. Of course, I'll not buy my next car from this dealership either, when they don't care about customers saturation and are chasing the money all the time! If they don't do a good job with just changing the oil and washing the car, I don't think I trust them to buy my car from them. More
