He explained how to use each of the features on the car and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving with my car. Additionally, he told me that if I ever needed to come back to review how to use anything else he'd be happy to help. Rick in finance was an excellent conversationalist and he made sure that I understood every item that I signed and where every one of my dollars were going.
