I don't write reviews but this one needed to be shared I could write alot but I will stick to two topics: When things don't go as planned and what it can be like as a woman buying a car. I dealt with three people specifically: Luis and Addy in sales and Bill in service. I had two buying experiences with this dealership. The first was typical circumstances where I found Luis to be informative, not pushy or condescending and helpful in striking a deal I pushed hard for. He was personable without being fake...genuine is the word. My second purchase was the result of a difficult situation where a certain amount of trust had to be given to all three of these gentlemen. They responded to questions promptly, they were understanding, followed up when needed and most importantly, followed through on every word they said. If I was told something would be a certain way, I came to find it was each time. I have personally bought many cars over the years from dealerships. I have found numerous salesmen that referred to me as 'honey' or tried to sweet talk me like I was some schmoozy girl at a bar hoping someone would offer me a drink. At Berman's, I have always been treated respectfully and met with information and willingness to work out a fair deal. I should add that I live 150 miles from this dealership and they have always been aware and willing to save me on making unnecessary trips. You don't often have this many varied experiences with the same people at a dealership and under such a variance of circumstances which is why I'm taking the time to write a review in the first place. Thank you for treating me with honesty, kindness and respect. It was refreshing and appreciated. More

Smooth process from start to finish. I just leased a '17 Q50 3.0 AWD Sport from Berman and I am very pleased with my entire experience. I worked with several Chicagoland Infiniti dealersh I just leased a '17 Q50 3.0 AWD Sport from Berman and I am very pleased with my entire experience. I worked with several Chicagoland Infiniti dealerships and chose Berman because they went out of their way to earn my business. They didn't have the exact car I wanted, but Luke and Luis teamed up and went out of their way to find one and have it delivered in a day. They were professional and extremely respectful towards me. Ultimately, the transparency through the brief negotiation we had was what won me over. Afterwards, Greg took care of the finances and had plates on my car in less than 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend these guys....they're pros! More

He was very helpful in moving the purchase process through quickly. and Greg was really fantastic, as well. Berman's downtown location made it difficult to inspect the car as closely as I would have liked (as the car was parked on a busy street) and after purchase I noticed two areas where there were significant scratches. Given that the car was certified, I believe these should have been fixed or at least pointed out to me. Berman covered some of the cost but I think they should have covered the entire cost, particularly given the overall purchase price of this luxury car. More
