Being it was the last Saturday of the month, which is the busiest day for them, the transaction took longer than I expected, but was completed without a hitch, with Vlad personally doing all the paperwork that the salesman and the business manager would normally do. I'd certainly recommend Berman Infiniti of Chicago, and will shop them for my next vehicle. More

Greg also stayed late to help me get through the paperwork. I came back in the next day to drop off some documents and they ran through all of the features with me and answered any questions I had.
