Micah from the Internet Dept greeted me along with Luis the used car mgr, Greg Weinberg the business mgr, and Jimmy K. My salesperson. Literally easy as I found the car online, called Ray (sales mgr) and drove to the city on Friday mid noon to see the vehicle. Free valet so no worries for where to park. The QX60 was pulled up in minutes. We took a few spins in it and I was sold!!!the following Friday, I couldn't make the appt but promised to buy it on Monday as long as it was all ready to go in the morning. End of Mth, no worries for me. I was fully satisfied as much for my wife. She loved it and couldn't believe how streamline the process was.
