Oustanding, no pressure experience! I had been searching for a vehicle and while on line I found that Berman Infiniti prices were below other dealerships. I thought, what's the catch? Is I had been searching for a vehicle and while on line I found that Berman Infiniti prices were below other dealerships. I thought, what's the catch? Is the car beat up, scratched or a lemon.... I drove from the Illinois/ Wisconsin border to find a beautiful red Q50 with everything I've been looking for. I test drove the car with salesman Ken Zeller and even though I thought this was "the one" I wasn't going to buy it that night for I wanted my husband to see it and look it over. I came back the following night with the hubby and Ken came in on his day off to help us. He went over everything on the car and showed us how to operate all of its features. Mr. Greg Weinberg was fantastic as well. No pressure, explained all warranties and took his time. I'm very pleased with my car, the price I paid and my over all experience. I will definitely recommend Berman to family and friends and will be back in years to come. More

I followed up and spoke with Micah Basarich regarding the issues I had. He was great, very nice guy. He addressed all of my issues and offered to bring the car back in for a full detail and replace the battery on the key fob. I live very far, so I opted not to bring the car back. Micah went a step further and offered to reimburse me for a full detail job (up to a certain dollar amount). This is great customer service. It was nice to be heard and taken seriously. Too often this is not the case. Overall, it may have not been the best start, but seeing how quickly the dealership responded and treated me, was awesome. Thank you Micah and Jordan. I would be very happy to recommend this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Berman - Chicago. The sales guy was ok. What really upset me was the condition of the vehicle. Unfortunately I picked up the car at the end of the work day and the weather didn't cooperate, it was raining pretty hard, so I didn't get a good chance to inspect the car. The next morning my husband and I looked it over and were really upset at how dirty it was. The inside was maybe wiped down at best. There was dirt on the seats and carpet there was even hair, it was gross. Also, the outside was not washed, there was bird droppings left so long on the vehicle that it left a mark on the paint. There are a million chip marks on it, I don't know where the previous owner lived, but it must have been a place where there are a lot of rocks. There was also very little wiper fluid. This is supposed to be a "certified vehicle", isn't that one of the inspection points?? Also, I never received any paperwork from the purchase. Nothing. Isn't there a document I should receive proving the car is Certified?? I understand it is a used car, but take some pride in your vehicles and make sure they are detailed correctly. At this point, I would not recommend this dealership. More
