Service not done right I had taken my Toyota RAV4, which only had 20K miles, for a service at this location before heading out on a long drive about 3 weeks ago. I drove over thousand miles before my car stalled on highway and had to have it towed. Upon investigation we discovered that the oil cap was NEVER put back on at the time of service. Because of this incidence my fairly new car has underwent immediate and residual damage. Unexpectedly, I had to miss two days out of work as my travels were put on halt. I've contacted the dealer and even after reporting the issue to the service adviser, the service supervisor, and the general manager nothing has been done to resolve my concerns to this day. I would't recommend this dealer to anyone as customer satisfaction is obviously their focus. More

I do not mind service to take as long as it needs. I mind being told on the phone it will take 30 minutes, and then have it end up taking an hour and a half. Don't bother with this place! They do not care about customer service, nor do their service writers know what they are talking about! Went there, looked at the truck for warranty work, said I would have customer service, nor do their service writers know what they are talking about! Registered a complaint, never responded, registered a second complaint....still waiting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! More

I take my car in for service every 5,000 miles. And my Service Advisor is Corey Smith. If I can't get Corey when I visit, my visit doesn't seem complete. He knows me, he knows my car, he knows the history Service Advisor is Corey Smith. If I can't get Corey when I visit, my visit doesn't seem complete. He knows me, he knows my car, he knows the history of all of the service on my FJ - he even tells me if I really don't need something even if it is suggested that it be done. He is truthful, and always tells me like it is. He is one of the most personable customer service people I've ever worked with. Berlin City always does what they say they will do, and if I pick up my car and something isn't quite right, they fix it right there and then - I don't need to come back! I work for a company that generates its revenue on quality of service - so I know what it's like to have A+ service - and Corey Smith and Berlin City are it! Thanks everyone! Di More

We had our 4Runner rear door latch replaced in January. It still does not work. We were told when we scheduled the repair that it was under warranty and would be fixed. When I made the appointment I told them it is an intermittent problem, which is very serious because it is not possible to get the spare tire out if the latch does not work. They said they would replace the latch again. We took the 4Runner in today. When we left it at the shop the technician saw that the latch did not work. They did nothing to fix it. They said it worked later that day so they saw no need to fix it. When we got home the latch did not work. The service person we spoke to was very disrespectful to us when we explained the problem. He said it worked at the shop. I told him that I explained when I made the appointment that it was an intermittent problem and it needed to be fixed. The service person admitted they did not even open the panel of the rear door to look at it. We are VERY UNHAPPY about this experience. More

I just love the service at Berlin and the people are awesome! Every time I go in there I am treated like royalty and get the best service possible!
