Service job went fine, service advisors not so much. Brought my truck in today to have a wheel bearing replaced. They quoted me $640 when they initially scheduled the appointment. I said that was not what I was quoted before. So he brought it down to $670, which I was fine with. Then after the job was done, he gives me the invoice and it says $770! I said that was more than I was just told and he replied well there's the taxes and an environmental fee of $52! It would certainly be nice to inform me of this fee before hand or add it into my quote, why would I ask for a quote if I didn't want to know my total bill will be. Once I get in my truck, there's a sheet with my wheels and how they are currently aligned. No one explained what it is or what the numbers mean to me. I will be going to my other Toyota dealer next time and hope for better up front employees. More
Horrible technician's I brought my car in to have an inspection sticker done. They told me in order to pass they have to change the front driver side fog light. Instead of I brought my car in to have an inspection sticker done. They told me in order to pass they have to change the front driver side fog light. Instead of taking the plastic off to get to the fog light the technician cut a hole in the plastic in order to replace the light. I'm trually disappointed. I have been coming to this dealer for 8 years and I even bought my car there and after this I will not go back. I can't believe they did that to my car. It shows that they don't care about their customer's vehicles. More

WHEN PRESENTED WITH THE BILL I WAS TOLD THERE IS NO CHARGE TODAY, WHICH WAS VETERANS DAY. BEING A DISABLED VETERAN IT MEANT THE WORLD TO ME!! Poor customer service I drive a Toyota Highlander 2013. I have always had great experiences with Berlin City until this year. My touch screen on my radio stopped working. I drive a Toyota Highlander 2013. I have always had great experiences with Berlin City until this year. My touch screen on my radio stopped working. I made an appt to bring it in, and waited 1/2 hour for them to confirm. They did not have the part on hand, so they said they had to order it and it would take 3-5 days. This was in May of 2015. More than a week went by, and I called and my phone called bounced around their call center repeatedly. 3 weeks later, and a few bounced around phone calls and I reached a female who told me they did't even see my service order. It took a lot of searching to find out that my part had indeed, been ordered, and they forgot to call me. Not a huge deal. She attempted to be accommodating, and I ended up scheduling an appt. The next day, the parts department called me and said I had a part waiting,and if I did not make an appt soon, it would be sent back. I had to call and explain (of course never reaching anything but voicemail) to explain what was happening. I then return to Berlin, wait 1+ hour with my 4 year old son to have the new radio put in. AN HOUR. only for them to tell me that when they opened the box, it was dented and broken and they would need to order a new one. In the process of doing this, they detached my heated seats and scratched my console. Still, I was able to deal.... except THEY NEVER ORDERED A NEW ONE! I never heard back. I repeatedly left messages with the manager, and my husband emailed him directly. It has been beyond frustrating, especially after having been a longstanding customer. I just finally called Prime to see if things go more smoothly, as now I am due for service and also have another issue. I am sad to see Berlin City slide. They were always great, and it takes a lot to make me angry. but the flagrant dismissal is unacceptable. At one point I was told that they were "short staffed". I am a nurse... no one gets that more than me, but I never ignore my patients. I am sad that I won't return, and I am disappointed in their management. We are now in August, 3 months later, and I still have not received the new radio or even a call back from them. More

When I tried contacting the service manager about it, he ignored me. Never got a call or email to address the issue. Not to mention the machanic looked all of about 12 yrs old ? under the hood of my 40,000. Truck ? NO THANKS ! I'll never use they're service again , nor will I buy from Berlin city again JT More

They tell me a service adviser will be calling back - never do, I have to call them. I had the AC serviced once, drove it home and was blowing hot air! They really do not have they act together from a service POV. More
Quality Experience during my recent service visit My wife & I had a wonderful service experience @ Toyota/Berlin City, Portland Maine on 2/24/15. I brought my car in for service, I arrived about 30 mi My wife & I had a wonderful service experience @ Toyota/Berlin City, Portland Maine on 2/24/15. I brought my car in for service, I arrived about 30 min. early for check in & was taken care of immediately. Then time rolled on for a little while, 1hr. & 15 min. to be exact. The service advisor came out & apologized for the long wait, he said they had to wait for a part to finish the service. We were ok waiting & had a great time in the waiting area. Then he came back a short time later & informed us it was in the wash line up & would be brought around front shortly & then he informed us the service would be free of charge. My wife & I insisted on paying & he refused to accept our payment. I can't say enough about the Quality, Friendly, Service we have received from this Toyota Dealership. My first mistake was not buying my car from Berlin City Toyota but, I will continue having them service my Toyota Camry & if I decide to buy a new Camry, it will be from their Toyota Dealership in Portland Maine. Brady and Cliff get 5 stars for friendliness....only reason I gave three stars was because one of the finance guys who crunched the numbers was really unfriendly and grumpy. Overall got 4 starts because there was a glitch a couple of days later and the sales manager was pretty rude and obnoxious. With the exception of those two folks, I highly recommend this dealership and go see Brady for a great deal with a smile! Also, the Service folks are all first class - always professional, friendly and courteous! More
