It's always been a hassle to get estimates on service. I get transferred every time I call and then no one answers. I leave a message and no one calls. On one occasion I needed new tires. No one called me back so I bought them at VIP. On another occasion I needed brakes. No one called be back so I had the work done at Maine Brake Service. I stopped having service done there because it's been too much of a hassle. Maybe it will be better now that I have Amy as my Toyota Care Specialist. More

Outstanding Service Department On 27SEPT16, I took my Toyota Prius C in to the service department to have a 39 point inspection, and to have the transmission inspected, brakes inspe On 27SEPT16, I took my Toyota Prius C in to the service department to have a 39 point inspection, and to have the transmission inspected, brakes inspected, engine serviced, lubrication, and filters replaced. Diane Fortin is awesome. I had been told in error that if you wanted some things in the service packages exempted, you could not do it. Well, Diane said no problem. She had the work done that I wanted and exempted the tire rotation, oil change, and four wheel alignment, that I did not need done. Who says at Berlin City that you cannot have what you want. They did the service in three hours, not all day like other Dealerships, provided me shuttle service that was pleasant and early, not late, and the total charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Berlin City, and recommend seeking out Diane to take care of all your service needs. Outstanding Diane! And, outstanding Berlin City Toyota Scion! Keep up the excellent work! More

How do they stay in business? I made an appt for their free state inspection. That part is good. Got there at 3:35 and service couldn't find the job order and had to write up anoth I made an appt for their free state inspection. That part is good. They finally gave me my receipt saying the car was done at 5:07 and we could wait outside for them to bring it around. Cars kept coming and the drivers would say your car is probably next. Finally at 5:45 someone else asked and went to check; they had stored my car out back for some reason. I completed their service survey and got this response: Roland I truly apologize for this as its totally unacceptable. I have spoken to the team regarding this issue. I can assure we will work on being better in this area. Please let me know what I can do for us wasting your time? Again I apologize and thank you for bringing this to my attention. - Chris Dalphonse Toyota Service Manager. I eventually clicked reply to see what they could do for coupons etc for a job Midas says was $1200. They must have fired the guy for apologizing. I called and service said they'd fwd me to the new manager. Voicemail at 8:30am. No reply, so called the switchboard at 1pm, and she fwd me to his voicemail. Explained I wanted to spend $1200. Still no reply 3 hours later. MIDAS it is. More
