Service department is courteous and comfortable! I visited today for a scheduled basic service appointment on a Camry that I also purchased here. It took a few minutes to get checked in, then I was a I visited today for a scheduled basic service appointment on a Camry that I also purchased here. It took a few minutes to get checked in, then I was able to relax and wait in their comfy lounge (big screen TV, leather chairs, soda machine). Every member of the service team showed respect and courtesy, and my work was finished on time and at the quoted price - PLUS I got a courtesy car wash (always welcome). I don't live near the dealership, so it's nice to know that when I travel for a service appointment, its worthwhile! I do recommend Berlin. More
