State Inspection I waited 10days to get an appointment to have my vehicle inspected because I needed to wait for the work to be done. My rep was not knowledgable about the highlander and was not aware of the monthly specials available from the manufacturer. We ended up buying my car in Saco since we got 0% financing which the rep at Berlin City said was not an option. LOVED our service for our 15,000 though. Top notch for the service team! More
