Pleasantly surprised Who likes to have service done on your car? I was met by a very nice young lady who told me that my service writer Jesse would be right with me. Jesse showed up seconds later told me they were running a little behind schedule but they would do their best to get me completed as soon as possible. To my surprise he was coming to get me 45 minutes later and they had washed my 4 runner for me. This is my first Toyota after having about 24 different Chevrolets so far I couldn't be happier. More

Fixed a 3rd Party Brake Job A third party had done the front brakes on my 2008 Sienna, and they squealed like crazy for the next 2,500 miles. I couldn't take it anymore and went A third party had done the front brakes on my 2008 Sienna, and they squealed like crazy for the next 2,500 miles. I couldn't take it anymore and went to Berlin City to make the problem go away - which they did for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service (no more squeals!!!) and will go to Berlin City first for all my Toyota service in the future. More
