I had an appointment for an inspection & tire rotation I have had two service appointments in the last six months at your location. I was very impressed by the efficiency,, precision, and Great customer service. There was very little waiting time when I arrived and used the courtesy van for my first appointment. The driver was terrific and punctual. Diane handled my appointments for both visits and she was so friendly, personable as well as knowledgeable. In fact everyone in that department was the same way. I was so impressed..it wasn't the usual dread that comes with service appointments for your car. Two more things, the inspection was free and the car was sparkling clean from the car wash! Can't say enough good things about the experience. More
