From the moment you drive into the garage, everyone is above and beyond professional. The waiting room is clean, coffee and snacks are available and I have a choice of sitting in a comfy chair and working on my laptop or standing at high table. The wifi is good and there are plenty of outlets. I don't feel like I'm wasting my time when I'm waiting for my car. I can actually get a lot of work done. They'll even drive me to the local mall if I request it. They inspect the car every time I go, even if it's just for a tire rotation. It makes me feel confident driving in Maine winters knowing that my car is checked-out a few times per year rather than just once at the yearly inspection. More

Was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, discussed the work with the service writer to w Made an appointment on-line for an oil-change and tire rotation. Was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, discussed the work with the service writer to which I was assigned, Jesse. He explained what they might find with respect to alignment, and describe the timing and cost of the work, both with and without the alignment. I was waiting, so we agreed that when they knew about any alignment issues, he would come find me. He did come find me, no alignment work was needed, I was given a full report of the tests that had been run, and drove away 50 minutes after arrival. In the past, I think they had washed my car too, although given how cold it was and how swift they had been, I'm not worried that a wash didn't happen this time. More
