walk in service I realized I needed a 10k Toyota Care on my 2017 Avalon. I drove up at 8:30am, a service rep greeted me at the door, she promptly had Jesse take care I realized I needed a 10k Toyota Care on my 2017 Avalon. I drove up at 8:30am, a service rep greeted me at the door, she promptly had Jesse take care of my work order. Jesse quickly and professionally took care of my needs. When I picked up my vehicle Jesse explained thoroughly what was done, when my next service was......outstanding Service Rep. I needed a ride back to my office at the Shaw's in Westbrook. Jesse brought me to the customer lounge and stated that the shuttle driver would come in and ask if anyone needs a ride. I noticed the shuttle pull up, the driver come in but never came to the lounge. After 15 minutes I called a friend to pick me up. John More

They checked to make sure the light was available, which it was. They also came out before doing the work and gave me the price. I also spoke with sales person Steve Lawrence to get a brochure on the new Rav4. There were none on the stand so he went and printed one for me. This also was very helpful. My light came back on so I will need to call them as I am not sure if there is something else or did not get reset. But my experience with everyone there was wonderful. They always make me feel important. More
