Quick turnaround They were able to take me the next day to diagnose an issue. The issue was diagnosed and, much to my surprise, they were able to fix it that same day. I asked how much it would be and was quoted under $400, that also included the diagnostic fee. I picked up my vehicle and was told that they knocked $65 off the final price to keep it under $400. I was elated. The other Toyota dealer I called that day was booked 3 weeks out. Very pleased. More

Service was excellent. People were great that I dealt with. Had problems with the pushy sales people a few years ago so now I buy at Prime and service with you. My sales person a few years ago told us that Satu Had problems with the pushy sales people a few years ago so now I buy at Prime and service with you. My sales person a few years ago told us that Saturday is his day to sell and if we were not buying that day then we should come back the first of the week. We wanted to try out the Rav4's but he was'n't interested in trying out vehicles. So we went to Prime where they were happy to let us drive one and we bought two that day. Oh well, my guess is that sales person is flipping burgers. More
