My service rep Eric Ellery was very professional and knowledgeable, Very easy process, was in and out with 90 minutes My service experience was great. Very helpful. I can't, however, say the same for the finance manager and finance rep I dealt with. I think his name was Ryan. I got no attention after they got my money, took me months to clear up a 500 plus dollar mistake they made and refused to call me back. This will 100% keep me from purchasing another car from Berlin City and I only come there now because of the location convenience since my bad experience. More
