I have bought seven cars in my life and after going to a few other local Toyota dealerships I have found where I will buy every vehicle in the future. This place is Supah. I bought a Toyota Corolla most recently and the experience was pleasant and not time consuming. The salesmen that I dealt with was more than helpful. It was really cool that when I walked in the dealership I did not have five sales people jump on me. They let me walk around a bit and when they could sense that I was ready to talk Matt came over and asked how he could help me out. There was no pressure to buy right away. The Manager guy Mark explained to me the dealerships philosophy on customer service and went so far as to give me his personal cell phone if I had any issues he could help me out with. When I got to the finance guy I was a little nervous. This is where I have found that other dealerships get really pushy. The guy took the time to show me all available options but did not push me into anything. I have kind of my "standard" package that I always buy. I can just say from the begining to the end of my experience, it was all positive. More

Berlin city is the place to go whether your looking for a new car or used one. It can be stressful when making such a big purchase. These folks make you feel very comfortable. I have worked with Ramzi Karam for the past 3 Toyotas I have purchased, and followed him from a different dealership to Berlin City. For this purchase, I asked his opinion based upon my needs and he recommended the Toyota Corolla for overall quality and value. I purchased a used '09 base corolla for an excellent price, and have been very pleased with the power, handling, ride quality, and especially fuel economy. at 70-75 mph it averages 35-37 mpg, but if I set the cruise control at 60 mph, it averages an amazing 44 mpg!!!! I tried this on several tanks of fuel and did the math myself (still don't trust on board computers) to make sure, and got the same results each time; over 500 miles per tank with about 90% highway driving. I would highly recommend this car to anyone looking for inexpensive, reliable transportation. More

When we got to Berlin City to "look around" we were fortunate to meet Mark Hunter, who made the entire experience just fantastic. Because of him, we decided to actually purchase on the day when we were originally simply beginning to look for a new car. Mark went out of his way to help us find exactly what we were describing would meet our needs. He was kind, humerous, and very sensitive to our wants and needs. Tom was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. No pressure, but stayed in touch - followed MY lead. When I finally was ready to buy, I had my 2 sons with me.
