Don't bother with this place! They do not care about customer service, nor do their service writers know what they are talking about! Went there, looked at the truck for warranty work, said I would have customer service, nor do their service writers know what they are talking about! I take my car in for service every 5,000 miles. And my Service Advisor is Corey Smith. If I can't get Corey when I visit, my visit doesn't seem complete. He is truthful, and always tells me like it is. He is one of the most personable customer service people I've ever worked with. Berlin City always does what they say they will do, and if I pick up my car and something isn't quite right, they fix it right there and then - I don't need to come back! I bought a Camry 2011 in April of this year. Tim Brown was very helpful and worked hard to get me the car I wanted. He was friendly not pushy and knowledgeable about the car. Twice now I have told them the driver window will not go up and down auto. Berlin City did not have any in stock meeting this criteria but Eric did let me test drive a 2007 Prius with 65,000 - 75,000 miles on it, I believe. Eric Mendoza was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and he kept in contact me to see about my search.
