Purchased a certified used Scion iQ, although with less then 6000 miles the car is still new. (and the initial break in done which is nice) Anyway, it was not my intention to buy until late next year wit then 6000 miles the car is still new. Just so happen to go on their web site to look around, and low and behold this baby pops up. The color is perfect, and it had the options on it that really mattered to me. (and the price was just too sweet not to jump out early on this) I'm 57 so all the high tech info jive doesn't do nothing for me, i.e.satelite radio and although it does have blue-tooth connect, I'll never use it. The day I get a smart phone will be the day I realize I'm dumber then I thought,,,ha, ha. So saw it on Monday put a deposit on it and picked it up on Thursday. My sales rep. Anthony Lekas who Bruce Wood was kind enough to set me up with, which worked out good because he's a mature person like myself and I do better with the over something crowd, well, he came out to my place and picked me up took me back to the dealership to finalize the deal which was basically done over the phone so that it was all about an hour. Enough time left over to visit my town hall and get it registered and my plates. Now if some reading this wonder what the heck is a 57 year old doing in a Scion iQ,,,I'm a minimalist. (and it's one sweet machine if you understand it's principles) The older folk out there who have bough cars over the years can relate to this when I say it can be very disheartening and dreadful having to purchase a vehicle from a dealer. I can't say the industry has changed, but Berlin City Toyota/Scion may have changed the rules of the game. You young people out there looking to get into your first new vehicle could certainly do worst. (no Vaseline required) Happy motoring.. More

Friendly, no run arounds, genuine, and efficient. Walked in looking to test drive a car, get straight talk, and possibly buy a car if the price was right. Jim had a great personality and was easy to talk to, he described all the information thorougly, after arriving home I saw some discrepencies on my paperwork and called him immediately he helped clear everything up and make sure I was leaving with a smile. I did notice a couple scratches on the vehicle that I wish Harold would of pointed out when looking it over. Overall a great experience and I look forward to dealing with Berlin City in the future. We came to Berlin City looking for a used low mileage Toyota Corolla. When I came to Berlin City Toyota I had been EVERYWHERE. I emailed for quotes, then test drove at numerous dealerships. Prime Toyota started with a crazy high price for an old Sienna, Prime Honda had slick I emailed for quotes, then test drove at numerous dealerships. Prime Toyota started with a crazy high price for an old Sienna, Prime Honda had slick-haired and even more slick-willy salesmen, Lee Dodge was shameful in their sales techniques - even attempted to use intimidation and insults. BERLIN CITY ROSE ABOVE THE REST! Their motto was "Easy" and "Easy" it was. Mike was laid back and took his time with me. He played it straight the whole time and never made me feel bad about taking my time. His sales managers were helpful and really took the support role for him when he was busy with other customers. I got a crazy good price (everybody at work is in awe of how low the price was), AND they worked their hardest to get my APR as low as surrounding Credit Unions. We walked away VERY happy and impressed with the honesty, integrity, and straightforward customer service. I will return to Berlin City Toyota in 10 years when its time to trade in the van for a new one! Thank You!!!! More
