Horrible service from Portland Toyota location Over the last year, I have had 3 engagements with them. Every time I have had to chase them for status updates, etc. They make appointments, then can' Over the last year, I have had 3 engagements with them. They tell me a service adviser will be calling back - never do, I have to call them. I had the AC serviced once, drove it home and was blowing hot air! Purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander My husband and I went to Berlin City Toyota to check out the Highlander. We had seen one in a parking lot of a local restaurant we recently went to. My husband and I went to Berlin City Toyota to check out the Highlander. We had seen one in a parking lot of a local restaurant we recently went to. Jenn came out into the parking lot and greeted us. We went inside so she could get to know us and what we were interested in. We later test drove a Highlander and were very interested in the vehicle. It was probably 2 or 3 months before we purchased a vehicle due to health issues. We scheduled an appointment recently and fell in love with the vehicle in the showroom. It had all the features we were looking for and a few additional. We left the dealership in our new vehicle and are still happy with it today. More

I had already been to several other toyota dealers and received the obligatory "runaround" and somewha I went to Berlin city with modest expectations. However, I was given much more for my trade, they gave me a very good price on a new tundra and I don't think I spent more than a half hour total dealing with the pricing and paperwork.
