New purchase I recently visited Berlin City Toyota to look at new vehicles. They had a small selection of SUV vehicles and the salesman was helpful in our search. I recently visited Berlin City Toyota to look at new vehicles. They had a small selection of SUV vehicles and the salesman was helpful in our search. A big negative with the "Deal" that was finally presented from the Dealership was a bloated Administration Fee of $599, along with $299 Theft Protection, and $499 for Undercoat. When I asked about the Undercoat was told, "Well we have several Tacoma and Tundra frames out back that have been replaced, this will help prevent that". The Theft Protection charge was an equally weak explanation of why it was needed. This $1400 of "Fees" were clearly heavy profit for the dealer that I viewed as unnecessary. Although they had a small selection of the SUVs on the lot there was no offer to find other vehicles and there appeared to be none due in for 2-3 months. When I shopped around I easily found other dealers that had the vehicle I wanted without the burdening fees. More

Service job went fine, service advisors not so much. Brought my truck in today to have a wheel bearing replaced. They quoted me $640 when they initially scheduled the appointment. I said that was not what I was quoted before. So he brought it down to $670, which I was fine with. Then after the job was done, he gives me the invoice and it says $770! I said that was more than I was just told and he replied well there's the taxes and an environmental fee of $52! It would certainly be nice to inform me of this fee before hand or add it into my quote, why would I ask for a quote if I didn't want to know my total bill will be. Once I get in my truck, there's a sheet with my wheels and how they are currently aligned. No one explained what it is or what the numbers mean to me. I will be going to my other Toyota dealer next time and hope for better up front employees. More

Horrible technician's I brought my car in to have an inspection sticker done. They told me in order to pass they have to change the front driver side fog light. Instead of I brought my car in to have an inspection sticker done. They told me in order to pass they have to change the front driver side fog light. Instead of taking the plastic off to get to the fog light the technician cut a hole in the plastic in order to replace the light. I'm trually disappointed. I have been coming to this dealer for 8 years and I even bought my car there and after this I will not go back. I can't believe they did that to my car. It shows that they don't care about their customer's vehicles. More
