When additional discounts were offered, she sent me an e-mail with updated pricing. This company is great. I went to Prime Honda and the sales lady must have said three times in a row, "buying a car is an unpleasant experience". That turned me off, especially when they tout themselves as a "new kind of buying experience". Prime Toyota quoted me an MSRP as their invoice price; I left immediately. He was very accommodating to my needs as a buyer, and cut to the chase when it came to pricing. No dealer sells a vehicle at a loss, but i do believe Berlin sells much closer to cost than others do. I got an excellent price that i am satisfied with on my 2016 Corolla S Special Edition (one of only 8,000!) And i will be returning to Berlin in the future to see if they can keep my business. For me, my business is earned by whomever gives me the lowest price! And so far, Berlin has that award. Good job, Berlin. More
