The sales person was very nice however I don't feel he was very knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot . He disappeared quite a few times during our negotiation even after we explained we were on a tight timeframe that day. When all was said and done it took us 3 1/2 to 4 hours to complete the deal. At one point we had to have the dealership call our sales person to find out where he was. As we left the manager came out in the lot to introduce himself ( he knew we were frustrated) and explained that he would come to my home in a few days to make sure I knew how everything ran in the vehicle and if I had any questions. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I never heard from him. More

3 for 3 This is the third vehicle that I purchase or lease at Berlin City. The first was a used 2003 4runner and we put on roughly 150K with just normal serv This is the third vehicle that I purchase or lease at Berlin City. The first was a used 2003 4runner and we put on roughly 150K with just normal services. The second was/is a 2013 Rav4 and most recently a 2016 Rav4 hybrid. They have the exact same color scheme and are a joy to drive or ride in. The first sales representative was the "General" the last two have we have dealt with Mark Hunter. All of the transaction went well. I also have a 2003 Tundra that had the frame recall and I can never complain about Toyota service & warranty coverage. The 2016 Rav4 XLE has improvements over the 2013 XLE like better seat comfort and material, push button tail gate closing just to name a few. These vehicles are driven by my daughters so I know that they are safe, comfortable and in a reliable transportation. The first two years of free service is a remarkable benefit. More

How do they stay in business? I made an appt for their free state inspection. That part is good. They finally gave me my receipt saying the car was done at 5:07 and we could wait outside for them to bring it around. Cars kept coming and the drivers would say your car is probably next. Finally at 5:45 someone else asked and went to check; they had stored my car out back for some reason. I completed their service survey and got this response: Roland I truly apologize for this as its totally unacceptable. I have spoken to the team regarding this issue. I can assure we will work on being better in this area. Please let me know what I can do for us wasting your time? Again I apologize and thank you for bringing this to my attention. - Chris Dalphonse Toyota Service Manager. I eventually clicked reply to see what they could do for coupons etc for a job Midas says was $1200. They must have fired the guy for apologizing. I called and service said they'd fwd me to the new manager. Voicemail at 8:30am. No reply, so called the switchboard at 1pm, and she fwd me to his voicemail. Explained I wanted to spend $1200. Still no reply 3 hours later. MIDAS it is. More

I bought my first car EVER from them last week, and I couldn't ask for a better rep than Jenn Rose, she was helpful, down to earth and funny, and you could get real with her about what you wanted for a car without getting dragged through the dirt with lowball negotiation tactics or pressuring. She REALLY went above and beyond my best expectations and actually advocates for what you want, and I'm stoked to say I got the EXACT certified pre-owned car I wanted, and while the final price was more than I had anticipated, I discussed the options I had with my friends (who are shrewd about cars, mind you) and took the added warranties/insurances because when you broke them down, it was worth it and I could still afford it :) Since then my sweet sedan is still riding smoother than ever! Also, the rest of the staff that I spoke to were helpful (and funny) as well :) More
