It's always been a hassle to get estimates on service. I get transferred every time I call and then no one answers. I leave a message and no one calls. On one occasion I needed new tires. No one called me back so I bought them at VIP. On another occasion I needed brakes. No one called be back so I had the work done at Maine Brake Service. I stopped having service done there because it's been too much of a hassle. Maybe it will be better now that I have Amy as my Toyota Care Specialist. More

blown off at Berlin city Felt like I was blow off and sales person didn't even try to help me trade my lease early. I had 6 months left. The car I wanted wasn't in stock so sh Felt like I was blow off and sales person didn't even try to help me trade my lease early. I had 6 months left. The car I wanted wasn't in stock so she said wait a few more months and then I can work with you. My credit is well over 750. She never ran any numbers or showed me how she was arriving at not being able to help me. Feeling frustrated I went to LEE Toyota. The sales person there was eager to help me!! 6 months on the lease was no issue! I was even able to get more car than I was originally looking for! I won't be back! More
