It's always disappointing to find dealers still throwing in over-priced gimmicks like sealants and fabric stain repellents when you can do it yourself for $10 and 15 minutes of time. These guys continue to bloat it out with these things. But you can always say no, get the price back to the right ballpark, or walk out the door. In the end, Berlin City was reasonable and willing to negotiate. I have bought 5 new vehicles from this dealership since 1990, and have no other affiliation with them. More
