At Berlin City though, I had the best, and easiest car buying experience ever. From start to finish, their whole organization was professional. I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in, and all of my questions were answered. I walked out of there very happy with my purchase. When I am in the market for another vehicle, I plan to purchase from Nick at Berlin City again. They won me over. :) More

They exceeded expectations!! We brought our 2016 Toyota Highlander in for repair of the manual drivers seat which was stuck in one position so only my wife could drive. In addition, they noticed that the car was due for state inspection and they performed the inspection for free. They also performed the routine maintenance we had previously scheduled for the next month, saving us a trip to the dealer the next month. All of this was done for free because of the free Toyota care service for 2 years or 25000 miles. In addition, they washed the car for free! Very satisfied!! More

He was someone who could finally apply my name to the car and husband's to his truck rather than both be under one name which was cumbersome when trying to make appointments, etc. The customer service rating of 3 stars is based on the wait time, not the interactions with Harold.
