Stu was also able to explain in detail my options for purchasing and leasing, including the multiple securities lease program. Overall, an excellent experience with the none of the stress usually associated with the purchase or lease of a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Stu Cohen. My wife and I knew I needed a newer vehicle to replace our beloved Matrix, which was showing all the usual signs of wear and tear of 14(!) years on th My wife and I knew I needed a newer vehicle to replace our beloved Matrix, which was showing all the usual signs of wear and tear of 14(!) years on the road, going everywhere form Maine to NJ and back again and many points between. I had been lusting after a Prius ever since I first laid eyes on one. Having some spare time, we decided to swing by Berlin City Toyota - and there it was!! A 2016 Prius with less than 23K. The sales rep who greeted us allowed us to drive it home, check to see if my double bass would fit in the back, and then return to the showroom. As luck would have it, my bass fit like a glove. And the price was right. I am now the proud and happy owner of the vehicle of my dreams. He arranged to bring a car from a related dealership for me to test drive. He followed up with me to answer questions and see if he could help me make a final decision without being pushy. The only negative of my experience with Berlin City was the $7,000 of last minute add-ons that the "finance" guy tried to sell me. I believe this is standard at dealerships, but, disappointing. If they want to improve the car buying experience at their dealership this is where it can be improved. The last minute pressure add-ons should be removed from the process. Either cut them or give folks time to evaluate them. More
