Unbelievably The Best Experience Ever Buying A Car Stephen Lawrence(Sales) helped us all the way through. We had had a terrible experience with buying a truck from Goodwin's in Brunswick(personal opin Stephen Lawrence(Sales) helped us all the way through. We had had a terrible experience with buying a truck from Goodwin's in Brunswick(personal opinion) prior to buying this so we were very skeptical. Steve was very good with explaining everything, answering all of our many questions. He made sure the cars were full of gas and fully detailed before leaving. He helped set our phones up and gave us a tutorial(thank goodness). He never pressured the sale, and we got an awesome deal. He was patient and caring all the way through the deal. We will use this dealership only from here on out. Please stop by and meet Stephen if you are looking for buying a new or used car. Stephen made sure we got top dollar for our trades(one the highest on KBB, and the other above KBB). We are very, very pleased!! All the other staff was great, but we worked 98% with Stephen. The financing man that helped was Jared Grant he was great. He helped explain everything along the way, including the extras. Steve helped take off the license plates and even transfer stuff, making sure we forgot nothing-even our easy pass. Give them a chance and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. He(Stephen) definitely deserves a raise. You receive many perks when buying here like free car washes(life of car), oil changes, tire rotation, check ups for the first two years or 25,000 miles. My husband told our nephew this week that this was the best buying experience he has ever had in 70 years. Sorry for rambling but was just that impressed. My husband's post was going to be this-we can't each post even though we got two cars "Best I have had in my 71 years" The whole experience was incredible. Stephen Lawrence was the best car sales person I have met. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He gave us great trade in prices and great new car prices. Jared was wonderful(financing). If there is one thing that could improve, it is phone responsiveness. The service writers are focused on clients who are present, so I had two messages that weren't returned in as timely a manner as they might have been. All my service has been done at Berlin except when I purchased car from Prime. I followed my salesman here but now he move over to Lexus. Anyway my tires should have been rotated to keep wear even. I'm disappointed that the test results I was handed showed one tire needing immediate attention, one perfect, the other 2 ok. 24,000 miles? Poor tire life. A car of this value should have had a better wearing tire or the service should have been better. I bring my car in to Berlin for air pressure adjustments also. I can't figure it out! I drove 50,000 miles on my Michelin tires I had on my Lincoln Towncar before needing new tires. I guess my next set will need to be researched and better serviced. More
