Service experience went like a breeze. I have been going to Berlin City since 2001. Always had great sales people and the service department was excellent. Around the time of the Tacoma buy I have been going to Berlin City since 2001. Always had great sales people and the service department was excellent. Around the time of the Tacoma buy-back I found Berlin City simply lost its way in all departments. Staff was not happy. Customers were not happy and I as a customer found the place dreadful. I avoided the place. The attitude was if you were not buying a new car or didn't have a new car when you were taking it in for service that customer just didn't matter. I remember sending a long email commenting on how Berlin City had just taken a wrong direction and it was not a nice email. Someone must have read it because the service department is back on top to where it was years ago. I have to say Debbie and Diane were excellent. If I ever come to buy a new/used vehicle I'll comment if the sales experience has improved. It wasn't so pretty during the dark days. Service-A+/Sales-Pending. More

I called Berlin City and Diane Fortin told me she could "squeeze" me in at 1:30 the day before my trip because I definitely would need heat to travel the distance I had to go. Diane treated me with kindness, respect, and humor!! My car was fixed and in a very short time. Because of this, you have gained a new customer!! Thanks so much. More

The service was great, BUT The service department is very good. It takes a few days to get an appointment, and they are very good. I guess the only thing I didn't like was them telling me I would get a free car wash and then not getting the car wash. I am just one of those "sticklers", if I say I am going to do something, I do it. I think they are very BIG and very BUSY and it's the little things that get missed. It's a great place to get your car serviced overall, just expect an hour to an hour and half wait. I am leasing my car so after the 3 years, I'm probably going to go to a smaller dealership. I don't like feeling like a number on an assembly line. More
