walk in service I realized I needed a 10k Toyota Care on my 2017 Avalon. When I picked up my vehicle Jesse explained thoroughly what was done, when my next service was......outstanding Service Rep. I needed a ride back to my office at the Shaw's in Westbrook. Jesse brought me to the customer lounge and stated that the shuttle driver would come in and ask if anyone needs a ride. They checked to make sure the light was available, which it was. They also came out before doing the work and gave me the price. I also spoke with sales person Steve Lawrence to get a brochure on the new Rav4. There were none on the stand so he went and printed one for me. This also was very helpful. My light came back on so I will need to call them as I am not sure if there is something else or did not get reset. But my experience with everyone there was wonderful. Melanie gave me a phone call in reference to a TrueCar online form I had filled out. I was hesitant to take the call from Berlin City but I did. Her personality and professionalism had me trusting her within minutes. I think we had the deal done in two short follow up emails. Best car buying experience I've ever had I was welcomed at the door. Stuart Cohen listened to my needs and promptly brought up multiple options for me to choose from. Chose an RX350 to test d I was welcomed at the door. Stuart Cohen listened to my needs and promptly brought up multiple options for me to choose from. Chose an RX350 to test drive and we were on our way. He then offered to have me test drive others but I only elected to view them. No pressure sales at all. He was accommodating in making an appointment for my wife to come and see the choices. I needed a two week window to make the purchase but he made arrangements for me to sign paper work and take the vehicle I chose home with me that day. I opted for a paint protection package and brought my new vehicle in at my convenience and the work was completed in an hour and a half. This dealership is clearly all about the customer and I am ecstatically happy with my new vehicle. I truly look forward to doing business with Berlin for all my service needs. More
