John, in the finance department, was polite and made the transaction easy for me. I don't have the best credit, but John never made me feel embarrassed about discussing this and treated the part of the sales so politely. Having used the service dept only a view times at Berlin City for my previous vehicle (Toyota Yaris), having such a positive sales experience will definitely make me a services customer. I recommend anyone to use Berlin City for their sales and service needs. More

I leased 2 vehicles from this dealership the sales department was great. That leaves the service department the worst treatment I ever had. Easiest truck purchase ever! And I never even went to the dealership. Not only were they efficient, a pleasure to work with, and gave me a fair trade in offer, they delivered my Tacoma to my doorstep, almost dealership. I emailed Sam at Berlin City Toyota in Portland about a used Santa Fe. We set up a time and test drove the car. I told Sam we were interested in the car if he could get the payment down. We talked about an offer and he told me to give him 30 minutes to discuss it with his manager. We went to lunch and Sam sent me a text that his manager told him another salesman was selling the Santa Fe. He didn’t apologize, he didn’t ask if we were interested in another car. Never heard from him again. It’s 10 days later, the Santa Fe is still posted and today the price has been dropped to almost where our offer was. Not a very good way to do business.Sam lost a sale and a customer. We found one cheaper elsewhere. More
