Berlin didn't disappoint Mutumbo was a pleasure to work with as well as entertaining. He met us in the parking lot and showed us exactly what we wanted. We were given the information we were in search of and then we were off to Berlin Honda to test drive a Pilot. After much discussion with each other we decided to pay another visit to Berlin Toyota. We arrived back and Mutumbo immediately welcomed us back, calling us by name! He gave us 100% of his attention working tirelessly to make us happy. We left thrilled to become a Toyota owner!
