Harold B. had gone above and beyond to help me get my first lease at Berlin City and has become a good friend and he is now a service writer. I trust Harold without question. I then met Melanie Lacombe who asked me if she could assist me in any way. Well, I left the dealership later that afternoon, after trading in my 2015 Tacoma for a brand new 2018 Tacoma pick-up. I'm sure I will enjoy this one as well as my 1st. I can't say enough for Melanie L. She is all about true customer satisfaction.
