Great Sales & Service Departments I bought my used car about three weeks ago. After having it about two weeks, I noticed the rear defroster heating element did not work. At first, the service department did not want to repair it but I kept insisting everything on the car should have worked when I bought it. I contacted the sales person that sold me the car, Melanie and she arranged the rear glass to be replaced at their expense with the Service Department. So now, I am very happy with the service. More
