Quick & Easy Service I brought my leased RAV4 in for its 10,000 mile maintenance check-up. I had my 3 yr old granddaughter with me so was hoping things would move along q I brought my leased RAV4 in for its 10,000 mile maintenance check-up. I had my 3 yr old granddaughter with me so was hoping things would move along quickly. Derek did an excellent job of making that happen. He communicated efficiently yet thoroughly with me, and we were in and out In less than an hour. My only concern was that the “playroom” was a good idea, but the limited toys and books and the furniture were pretty dirty, and the set-up desperately needed updating. We spent most of our time roaming the showroom, where my granddaughter picked out a beautiful truck she wanted me to buy for her daddy! More
