Forced to make another appointment and made them test drive it with me and they finally acknowledged there was a problem. The technician had installed them incorrectly and the new drums were damaged and had to be replaced again. Very bad experience. If there's a problem with your work, do not give customers the phone-tree runaround. Get it fixed right away. This would be a one star but we did't die while the brakes were bad and they didn't charge to fix the damage they caused at least—so that's something. More

Working with Dominick was the opposite experience. He provided a strong quote up front, was responsive to further inquiries, and didn't flood my email trying to get me to come into the dealership. When the day came, I drove the additional half-hour to Portland and purchased my new car from him. Cliff facilitated the paperwork side of things to make sure I could get a good financing offer through the dealership, and I spent considerably less time overall embroidering my name on sheafs of paper than I ever had before in a dealership. I'm glad I was able to work with Berlin City, and am very pleased with my purchase experience. More

Especially mentioning to them you will have to work right after. I was told it will take 30 to 45 minutes for my service base on the workflow and how busy they are but my car didn’t get done after an hour and half almost two hours for an OIL CHANGE! More
