Went out of their way for us. We ordered a new 2018 Camry Hybrid. When the car came in, the navigation system was not the version that was expected. We realized that the correct version was available on the 6 cylinder model. This was a huge surprise to us as well as to the Sales team. Sales Manager Matt Almy went to work right away to find a more appropriate car for us. He found one in Augusta, ME and picked it up himself the following morning and had it ready for us by noon.
