He patiently explained the details and options enabling us to pick and choose what we wanted, what we didn’t want. He was articulate and knowledgeable about the products he was explaining. No Pressure Buying A lot of dealerships I've been to are either run in a way that makes you feel like another number and the process is rushed. Matt took his time so I n A lot of dealerships I've been to are either run in a way that makes you feel like another number and the process is rushed. Matt took his time so I never felt rushed to make a decision. He wasn't pushy with buying a car that day (even though I did go with a 2018 Tacoma) and that's important to me. Even though it was the last day of the quarter, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and we were going at my pace, in fact we spent a lot of the time talking about topics unrelated to cars. Cliff in finance was also very personable and wasn't like a lot of the financers I've worked with in the past. I'll be taking my car back here to get serviced each time for sure. More
